In addition to his role at EMCI Wireless, Chas serves the community through his involvement with the Southeastern Motorola Service Stations (SEMSS), where he was elected to the board in 2021 and served as President in 2024. Additionally, his expertise led to his appointment by Motorola Solutions in 2024 as one of six members on the national Motorola Service Advisory Council.

With over three decades of experience as an electrical engineer, Casey has made significant contributions to the telecommunications industry, having worked directly with Motorola Solutions throughout his career.

Casey’s innovative spirit and dedication to his craft have been instrumental in his career. He holds several patents that have advanced radio communication technology, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of communication devices. These inventions not only benefit the industry but also pave the way for future technological advancements.

Now based in sunny Southwest Florida after relocating from Canada, Casey leads major projects for the EMCI Wireless engineering and service delivery teams. His leadership ensures customer success and system uptime, inspiring the next generation of technicians and engineers.

With over 15 years of solid experience in the Telecommunications industry, Charmie’s journey from Senior Product Manager at Motorola Solutions to her current pivotal role gives her a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities. Her noteworthy successes along her journey demonstrate her ability to provide solutions to complicated problems with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Charmie has intricate knowledge of Motorola products coupled with a keen understanding of diverse use cases, industry intricacies across key target markets, and verticals. This positions her as a strategic linchpin in client success. A relentless client advocate, Charmie is dedicated to not only listening to the requests but also swiftly addressing them with quality on-target support for both clients and internal teams.
